Hi Charlie,
As mentioned in my phone message earlier today, the buyer who you found inspected and flew the Cessna today and we concluded the deal just as expected. Thank you for all your expert help to advertise and organize a quick sale!
The package you sent me with all the required forms and a closing checklist made it easy for us to handle the necessary steps after the test flight.
The buyer will be back in about two weeks to pick up the plane and fly it home. It will be safe in my hanger till then and clean and read to go when he arrives.
