Working with Maule Air Texas and Charlie Miller to sell my Cherokee 180 was great! They were helpful in setting a price in the range I expected; answering questions I had and suggesting documentation I needed to produce quickly; arranging a title search; setting up an escrow service; and most importantly, they had access to a large number of pilots who are looking to purchase an airplane. In 3 days I had two serious buys interested. One was far away, and chose not to purchase, while the second was fairly close by. Just 17 days after my first call to Charlie we had a signed purchase agreement and a deposit, with a closing pending an inspection by the buyers mechanic.. We closed the deal just 28 days after that first call.

We did receive the proceeds from the sale of the plane this morning.
 
We want to thank you for the professional, expeditious manner in which you marketed and sold our plane.  I have sold 4 planes previously myself and it was great just sitting back and not having to handle the phone calls and questions.  The handling of the escrow monies and title search, etc. was handled beautifully as well.  I will certainly recommend Maule Air Texas to anyone buying or selling a plane.
