Owner Notes:

Damage repair from prop strike (Not a ground loop): The previous owner was landing and started bouncing. Got frustrated and pushed the nose down. The prop scratched the ground.
I would not buy the airplane knowing this, plus the crankshaft AD was not complied with. So, previous owner agreed to buy new engine and new prop.
